Inspired by water and light and the profound effect both can have on us as humans.
Water has a way of calming, restoring, and pulling us back into the present.
Light can change how we feel in a space, bringing warmth, energy, hope, or stillness.
In this painting, I wanted those two forces to meet. The fluid blues and layered forms reference water, while the gold catches and reflects light, changing subtly throughout the day.
For me, it's about creating more than something beautiful to look at. It's about creating a feeling.
